I think our har...I live near Binghamton, New York. I think our harsh winter resulted in a record most-beautiful summer. We are supposed to get down to 49 degrees tonight but should be near 90 by Sunday. We've had several bad flash floods in our area (not our neighborhood, fortunately) and I heard New York City was hit by flooding in parts of Brooklyn and the Bronx (I'm from the Bronx originally) today.
