I love gardening and gardens. And flowers, trees, shrubs, herbaceous and annual plants and yes, I even find the occasional weed or insect fascinating. I currently live in a rental home so I'm not able to create the lavish gardens of my dreams, but I do what I can in the flower boxes and containers that I have. A few months ago, I received my Associate Degree in Horticulture from Farmingdale State College in Farmingdale, NY. I graduated at the top of my class and am very proud of the work I did for this degree. Aside from gardening, I am a mommy to a spunky 4 1/2 year old son and a curious 1 1/2 year old daughter, and a wife to a tall, curly-haired, grateful dead-loving radiologist.

With this blog, I hope to write about interesting gardens or garden features I've seen, flowers or trees worth noting or anything else that strikes my fancy. I welcome comments or suggestions.

  1. Congratulations on starting this blog! I found you via Blotanical. Don't worry about space. You can do a lot with containers too. You can have a vege, herbal, scented, ornamental or even a hanging garden by just using containers. I look foward to reading more about your gardening adventures.

  2. Thanks for writing Autumn Belle - enjoy the blog!

Thanks for leaving a comment! Even if I don't reply to each comment, please know that I do read every one of them and truly enjoy hearing from you!
